Would you hire someone to work remotely? Just don’t answer yet, at least not before reading this article.

Perhaps you did not consider why so many people would prefer to work remotely, if is that so just give a glimpse of the graphic showed to verify the reasons. Now that you saw the reasons, why would you not improve the quality of your employee life by letting him work from home if it will not decrease the quality or performance of the work?

As long as you can assure the good performance and quality of the work, there will be no problem. Right? One way of doing this deal is to structure the payment, in fact there how so many people are getting pay based on contract and deliverables.

In many countries where the employer is responsible for the employee in many ways that is even better to outsource the job and avoid responsibility, and if the job is not done satisfactorily you can just look for the competitor to provide the same job.

In fact this is how many business hire their online advertising, while they are having good results they keep paying for the service. The one who is doing the job is doing from a distance and perhaps as business owner himself he is keeping the eye on the market and updating himself to maintain his performance of delivering a good service.

This is a win/win situation that is worth considering.

Now if you will, please answer the question on the title of this post on the comments below.

Perspective: The Impact of your work, not the value of your time.

I know a story perhaps a joke that goes like this:...

A technician was called to fix this billion dollar submarine because of his expertise. No one else was able to fix the problem. When he arrived, he just walk a few rounds inside the submarine, pull his small hammer out of a pocket and hit a certain control panel on the corner with a moderate force, and voila! The submarine was fixed.

He did charge one million dollar for that one hit with the small hammer. Before delivering the invoice for the payment he also put a description of the service rendered to avoid any complains. The description of the service on the invoice stated:

#1 - hitting the panel with a hammer $ 1,00

#2 - knowing where to hit $ 999.999,00

Total = $ 1.000.000,00 (One milhon dollars)

Facebook Business Owners Group - Do you want participate in a group where you can promote your business or sell? but don´t abuse it.

I just have created a Business Owners group in Facebook. I know there is many groups like this but as I have noticed they do not allowed spam or selling. How can you promote something to  help business owners if you cannot sell the solution? I am allowing promotion on the group but I did ask the participants not to abuse it, like posting it many times just to get more exposure hoping to close a sale.

I will use common sense to moderate that. In the rules of the group I said you can promote things that will help business owners to manage their business, get more clients, do the accounting and so on,.... in summary anything related to business that can improve its performance and make things easier.

I even gave a tip for that, I create a topic called "PROMOTION". When you make a post selling something you should tag your post under the topic promotion, so people who are interested know where to go if they want to buy some solutions for their business.

If you keep spamming and annoying everyone on the group with many selling postages, I guess I will have to banned you from the group.

I am hoping to be creating something good, lets see what will happen....

Advertising through the ages

Advertising, an essential component in the marketing of any business, has been around for a long time. There has been found some advertising relics that archaeologists have unearthed in ancient Arabia, China, Egypt, Greece and Rome. The Egyptians used papyrus to create posters and flyers, while lost-and-found advertising was common in both ancient Greece and Rome. Posters, signs and flyers were widely employed in the ancient cities of Rome, Pompeii and Carthage to publicize events such as circuses, games and gladiatorial contests.

People have been trying to influence other people since the dawn of human existence, utilizing whatever means and media they had at their disposal at the time. The human voice and word of mouth, of course, came first. Then someone picked up a piece of stone and started etching images
on a cave wall: enduring images that told stories, communicated ideas and promoted certain ways of doing things.

The first advertising? That is debatable, but these images, some of which are around to this day, certainly demonstrate an early recognition of the power of images and messages to influence the perception and behavior of others.

The development of printing during the 15th and 16th centuries heralded a significant milestone in advertising, making it more cost-effective for marketers to reach a much wider audience. In the 17th century, adverts began to appear in early newspapers in England, and then spread across the globe. The first form of mass-media advertising was born.

The 18th and 19th centuries saw a further expansion in newspaper advertising, and alongside it the birth of mail-order advertising. The 20th century saw the dawn of another new advertising age, with the advent of radio offering a completely new medium through which advertisers could reach out to prospective clients. Then came television, which shifted the advertising landscape yet again, and towards the end of the century a new force – the internet – began moving out of the realm of ‘techies’ and early adopters to become a valuable business and communication tool for the masses. The era of digital marketing was born.

Why do I use a corn as a Logo?

logo is a combination of text and imagery that tells people the name of your small business and creates a visual symbol that represents your vision. It's a big part of your brand identity (what people will see). A good logo is memorable, differentiates you from everyone else, and fosters brand loyalty

Many years ago, when I was still a kid I open the Dictionary of Britannic Encyclopedia  to look for a word and saw my surname "Gameiro" in there. This is when I did found out the word "Gameiro" was also the name of a variety of a yellow corn. From that time on I start using corn as symbol where ever I could. I just thought you would be wondering why corn??

7 Reasons Why a Logo is Important:

1. It Grabs Attention

2. It Makes a Strong First Impression

3. It's the Foundation of Your Brand Identity

4. It's Memorable

5. It Separates You From Competition

6. It Fosters Brand Loyalty

7. Your Audience Expects it

How writing Articles can help your business? - 3 Essentials Before You Submit To Article Directories

One of the oldest yet still more effective techniques in driving targeted prospects to sites and converting them into buyers is information-based marketing. This is why article writing, submissions and publications are at an all-time high.

When I did publish a book about the Forex Market, I wrote some articles linking them to my website and bookstore, those articles drove a great deal of traffic for free to my selling page turning many reader in buyers. As you can see above one of the article has 1999 views.

There are many tools that you can use to make the process of distributing your articles easier. However, although this is invaluable in getting your article exposed to more sites, there are common mistakes that some people make before submitting their articles to directories.

Let us take a look at the more common mistakes made in 3 key areas:

1) Confusing the reason to promote articles with the reason to write them.

In article writing, the main benefits of you promoting them is branding, lead generation and promotion, which are all part of your optimization efforts.

However, there is one reason why you write articles, and that is to inform your audience about a subject. It is greatly important that your article is based upon this fact, or else you stand to fail in the promotional benefits as outlined above.

Of course, it is also highly important that you figure out how to get people to read you article, and then to click on your site link in the resource box. I have produced a couple of articles that cover these areas so please check them out :-).

2) Failing to realize and maximize the promotional opportunities of article marketing.

You will more than likely already know that your article can generate links back to your site from the article directories themselves, and also from any sites who publish your article from these directories.  However, did you know that you can attract more visitors and better search engine results from the same article?

The first step to achieving this is to provide relevant keywords at strategic places in the article. However, do not overdo this.  A good benchmark is to aim for between a ten to fifteen percent keyword density. I won't go further into this here as I've discussed this in other articles but if you would like to find out more, look out for more of my article marketing articles.

You shouldn't just aim for your article to be accepted by article directories, but should ultimately aim for it to be used by publishers who scour the directories for website content. You should not underestimate the potential that this can have on your promotional efforts, as many of these publishers may have hundreds or thousands of regular visitors who could then view your article.

Start out by having a plan of what you want achieved and make sure that you reach your targets. It is important to do this so that you can reap the maximum benefits of every article that you write.

3) Creating articles with content that does not help your readers.

Maybe your only plan is to create an article and get links back from article directories, and that any visitor that you may get from this is fine.

Well you may need to think again. Many article directories clamp down on the amount of articles that they accept that are simply not up to standard. And even if a poorly written, uninformative article does make it into the article sites, then the potential of being picked up by webmasters seeking quality content is certainly lost.

The benefits of one publisher with a hundred thousand website visitors picking up your article should be enough incentive for you to write an informative article. This is by no means impossible, and you may find that this value is conservative in what you may achieve from a number of publishers running your article on their site.

Researching into a topic that is sought after is important. There may be many readers of this article who will feel that this information is all well and good but feel that they cannot write an article well, or may not know enough about a certain subject to write an article. This is by no means a dead-end. There are many places where you can research into a topic, or hiring a writermight be an option worth considering.

The choice really is yours on how dedicated you are in increasing the exposure of your article, and consequently your website. On a basic level you can choose to gain a few backlinks from article directories, or with a little more effort you can enjoy massive exposure from providing quality content.
